          Complaint Handling Policy<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • LMG<\/strong> values and effectively addresses complaints submitted by its customers;<\/li>
          • You acknowledge and agree to comply with and be subject to the penalties provided for in the following laws: – Law No. 8,078\/1990 – Provides for consumer protection and other measures; Law No. 9,933\u2014Provides for the powers of Conmetro and Inmetro, establishes the Metrological Services Fee, and sets forth other provisions; and Resolution of the Collegiate Board (RDC) 67 \u2013 December 21, 2009 – Provides for technovigilance standards applicable to holders of registrations for health products in Brazil;<\/li>
          • It tracks and analyzes the results of complaints and takes appropriate action based on statistics regarding the complaints received;<\/li>
          • It undertakes to respond to Inmetro regarding any complaint it may have received, within the timeframe established by Inmetro;<\/li>
          • LMG has designated the Customer Service Department (SAC) as the division responsible for handling complaints.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
